Lorie is artistic and sporty; she likes to read, play basketball, and listen to almost every type of music. Although she enjoys staying busy, she describes herself as an introvert and enjoys individual activities. When she grows up, she hopes to become a famous anime artist and eventually have her own anime TV series. She plans to start out by drawing anime caricatures and work her way up from there. In the winters, she is hoping to work at a local retail store.

Lorie is hoping for a family that enjoys doing activities together. She is looking forward to having a special role with taking care of the house and doing chores, as this fills up her time. Lorie loves animals and would appreciate a family that has larger pets! Family is very important to her; she has a close and special relationship with her brother. Lorie will need a family that can steward this relationship and encourage greater connection.

Lorie’s team is looking forward to hearing from families in Alaska or outside the state who can provide her with the structure and  individual attention that she needs.
