BLAKE

October 2008

BORN

Story Profile

Outgoing, funny, and curious, Blake likes to be “in the mix” wherever he is. He enjoys camping and fishing, and the camaraderie of neighbors at the campsite. He enjoys passing the time by playing board games or video games. Blake’s go-to meal is chicken nuggets, and he wants families to know that dogs are his favorite!

Blake does fine in school; he is good at math although he shares that he doesn’t particularly enjoy it. He has big dreams: to graduate high school, attend flight school, and one day become a pilot!

Blake says he would enjoy being part of a two-parent family with younger siblings and having his own room. He will do best in an active family who can provide kindness and structure as he learns to manage the increasing independence that comes with being a teen. Maintaining past positive relationships is crucial; Blake is looking for a family that can support this effort.

Blake’s team looks forward to hearing from two-parent families in or outside the state, who can provide Blake with the support, kindness, and structure that he needs to thrive.

Could your family be the one?
